Alicia Keys is set to co-produce the Broadway premiere of Stick Fly, which will open in December 2011.

"Stick Fly" tells the story of the LeVays, an affluent black family gathering at their Martha's Vineyard home to spend a summer weekend together.

Alicia Keys says "This is a story that everybody can relate to," "I'm passionate about this play because it is so beautifully written and portrays Black America in a way that we don't often get to see in entertainment. I know it will touch all audiences, who will find a piece of themselves somewhere inside this house."

In June 2011, Alicia Keys' Songs in A Minor was re-released as deluxe and collector's editions in commemoration of its 10th anniversary.

To support the release, Alicia Keys embarked on a four-city promotional tour, entitled Piano & I: A One Night Only Event With Alicia Keys, featuring only her piano.

Unlike Alicia Keys' other major tours, Keys was not accompanied by a band or background vocalists. She only uses a piano to play during the show. She performed various songs of their five albums, and several covers of her favorite songs.

Speaking of the event, Alicia Keys said:

“ I can't think of a better way to celebrate the 10th anniversary of "Songs in A Minor", than by holding a special, intimate concert for my fans. It’s my absolute favourite way to perform. Later that year, Alicia Keys was criticized by anti-smoking campaigners after billboard posters for Alicia Keys' forthcoming concerts in Indonesia featured a logo for the A Mild cigarette brand sponsored by tobacco firm Philip Morris.
